ABOUT US

Outback Power Company was founded in 1999.  It is a family owned firm based out of Great Falls, Montana.  We specialize in the construction of high voltage power lines, and substations. We offer a wide variety of services including hot line pole change outs; re-conductoring; fiber optics; underground; retirement and emergency storm repair work.

Our crew leaders have been with us for at least 10 years and have been extensively trained in all areas of power line construction. They have had thorough safety training, and are familiar with Montana Electric Cooperative Association (MECA) and NorthWestern Energy safety procedures and techniques. Our employees have also received advanced training in the latest techniques so we are able to place only the most qualified and safest people in the field.

Our company is capable of completing any power line or substation project at a competitive cost.  Outback Power Company has a strong credit rating and has been bonded for various projects.  We are very proud of our excellent working relationships with several Cooperatives and engineering firms throughout Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota and Colorado.
